- On Nov 6th, Bytom CTO James was invited to attend Xiaocong Talk and shared about Innovation and Compliance--Public blockchain of China.
2. On Nov 8th, Bytom “Keep MOVing” conference was held in Wuzhen and we released the plan about the future of Bytom.
Bytom CEO Lang Yu delivered a speech to introduce Bytom past work results and future development plans. After that, James introduced the deployment of on-chain oracle on MOV and released the test data of MOV for the first time. Li Zongcheng, CFO of Bytom, introduced the cross-chain mechanism of MOV and the recruitment scheme for the Federation node. Tom Liu, the senior researcher of Bytom, explained the design philosophy of the cross-chain ecological financial system of MOV and released the mysterious project in the ecosystem of MOV at the conference.
Bytom CEO Lang Yu said that the advantage of Bytom was the Public Blockchain Channel, autonomous and controllable, team ability and compliance. In China, Bytom team will actively respond to the industry blockchain, developing enterprise-level applications, launching government-oriented systems and outputting solutions with unique architecture. In terms of international competition, we will explore the border of blockchain and Defi field, apply the most leading blockchain technology.
Bytom CTO James shared that Bytom MOV protocol could publish the requirements of exchanging resources on-chain through smart contracts and the TPS of matching trading could reach 16.5k/s which has reached the limit of the Internet TPS. We will release MOV testnet on Nov 22nd, OFMF will support BTC on Dec 2nd and support ETH on Dec 9th. We will also launch MOV mainnet in the first quarter of 2020.
Bytom Senior Researcher Tom Liu shared about MOV Cross-chain Stable Financial System Design.
Bytom CFO Li Zongcheng said that the whole architecture of Bytom is mainchain+sidechain+crosschain. The mainchain is responsible for the generation of assets, the sidechain is for the circulation efficiency and the crosschain is for the access of multiple assets.Cross-chain involves three core modules: first, cross-chain asset management mechanism. Second, cross-chain governance mechanism. Third, cross-chain communication mechanism. MOV cross-chain scheme advantages: 1.Multi-sig + threshold. Currently, a single asset in MOV is managed by the Federation node across the chain. For the incentive of the Federation node, Bytom Foundation will provide 10 million BTM to incentive the community in the first year.
