The SUP proposal and voting function have been opened again. Just 1000 SUPs can make proposals in shapshot. Users can use their voting right after proposal being submitted.

Clink “Join” and and sign
After joining, click on new proposal to make a proposal, it needs at least 1000 SUP to make a proposal
Complete the “Title” and “Description”
Choose voting model：single，approval or quadratic
Choose voting date
Click “Active” and sign
Other users can enter to vote
